Problem

During project coordination, clashes and quantity discrepancies were identified, increasing the risk of rework and schedule delays.

Solution

The GRAPHEN team used BIM design and VR model review to resolve conflict zones early and align decisions before construction started.

Result

The BIM model for the first phase received strong approval, while the number of potential implementation errors was significantly reduced.
